Final Restoration /
Maxcem Elite self-etch, self-adhesive resin cement for indirect restorations is simplicity refined – with higher bond strengths and superior ease of use – offering proven technology without sacrificing performance: easy to clean up with no hand mixing,
and no refrigeration required.
Up to a 90% Improved Bond Strength over the previous formula.
Maxcem Elite™ employs the same unique adhesive monomer used in Kerr’s OptiBond family of bonding agents. The optimized resin matrix and filler systems improve wettability, resulting in greater adhesion to dentin.

No Color Shift for Better Esthetics
The color change in Maxcem Elite is imperceptible, when compared to systems that contain tertiary amines. Color shift over time is better than leading self-adhesive or adhesive resin cements.
After aging for 4 weeks in 60°C water. (~1.5 years in 37°C water).

A technique describing a methodical and predictable cementation of multi unit dental reconstructions.
The aim of this study was to measure the shear bond strengths of a new paste/paste dual-curable self-adhesive resin cement Maxcem Elite to other resin cements.
Maxcem Elite by Kerr is a single component; self etch resin cement system that eliminates multiple steps when bonding indirect restorations.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the initial bond strength of a newly developed resin cement (Maxcem Elite) to different substrates and comparing the results to other commercially available self -adhesive cements.
To study the effect of various curing modes on the dentin shear bond strength of Maxcem Elite to determine if light-curing Maxcem Elite immediately after placement would negatively affect its bond strength.
