A key feature is, after the adapter is installed, there is no need to loosen and tighten the nut for each tip placement. Simply push on the yellow auto lock ring and remove the tip. Push a new tip into the adapter and it's ready to use. The inner yellow rubber seal acts like a new O-ring with each tip placement, ensuring dry air on demand. The tip can also be bent to a 90° angle for certain procedures.
